What We’re Working on This Week:
As always, please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Dear Room 19 Families,
Welcome back to school, and to fifth grade! I hope that you had an easy transition back to the “school routine” today! I loved getting to meet all of the students, and many parents this morning! We had a fantastic day in class- introductions, unpacking, first day pictures, a number talk, an assembly, and more. I know that there is a lot of paperwork that goes home this week, and I thank you for turning in the “parent papers.” Please do not forget to turn in the Registration Verification Form. The fifth grade team is compiling a list of parent emails for us to be able to communicate with you, please fill out this Google Form so that we know who to include on all correspondences (please fill out the form even if you are getting this email). Here is the link: https://goo.gl/forms/2KDwN3jmqFZXlNYq1 In terms of my class communication, I send out weekly emails (usually Sunday night or Monday) to keep you updated on what is happening in class. These update emails will also be posted on the “Home” page of our class website. If you would like me to add/delete/change an email address, please email me to let me know.
